Mark your calendars to attend the 2027 Association of Rodeo Committees Annual Conference presented by Justin in Corpus Christi, TX May 5th-7th, 2027. This 3-day conference will provide an opportunity to network with 80+ rodeo committees and industry partners, learn from the leading rodeo producers, marketing specialists and contestants to take home ideas to make your hometown rodeo better.

Membership & Conference Registration

Who Can Attend?

The ARC Annual Conference welcomes representatives from rodeo committees, whether they are current ARC members or simply interested in learning more about what ARC has to offer.

ARC Membership

ARC membership is held at the rodeo committee level, not by individual representatives. Each rodeo committee maintains one annual membership, allowing its representatives to participate in ARC membership opportunities throughout the year.

Not a member yet? The conference is a great opportunity to connect with other committees, learn about ARC resources and benefits, and discover how membership can support your rodeo.

Industry Partners & Corporate Sponsors

Companies, vendors, and industry partners interested in attending the conference are encouraged to connect with ARC regarding sponsorship and participation opportunities. Corporate attendance is coordinated through ARC sponsorship opportunities rather than standard individual conference registration.
