RFP for Hosting ARC Global Rodeo Conference

Request for Proposal

The Association of Rodeo Committees (ARC) is requesting proposals for hosting the 2026 Global Rodeo Conference. This conference brings together rodeo committee leadership from across North America for networking and sharing ideas affecting the rodeo industry.

Site selection is based upon the potential for positive educational opportunities and a fiscally sound proposal acting in the best interest of the ARC membership. A multi-year agreement is a possibility with Board approval.


SUBMIT by October 1, 2024
Selection will be made by May 30, 2025

Description of facilities: Total attendance is 150-250. Require large meeting room set conference-style or round table for main sessions and potential ability to split into 1-2 other small discussion groups/rooms. Area for registration, meals and break times with coffee, etc. Include costs for audio/visual equipment, screens, on-site tech support, etc.

List potential Hotels w/ estimated rates per night

Attendees stay two to three nights (see schedule below). Room rates are a vital element in the selection of the location.

To include one breakfast, two lunches, all day coffee/tea and possible evening reception(s).
Venue proximity to airport, shuttle service, etc.
Please note any special attractions that may aid in attendance and extended stays.
